I purchased a King size, full latex mattress from City Mattress about 4 years ago. Unfortunately, the mattress started to lose support in the areas we slept and developed valleys. I called City Mattress and spoke with Emily. She set up a 3rd party independent company to come out and inspect the mattress. The company took pictures and measurements and reported back to Emily. Emily called me within two days and told me they had approved the warranty claim. Unfortunately, they no longer made the mattress that I had originally purchased so they offered me credit for original cost of my mattress. The difference in price between what I paid for the original mattress and what a comparable mattress cost today was fairly substantial. After speaking with Nancy, we were able to work out a compromise and I once again I am sleeping on a wonderful City Mattress. This is my 3rd City Mattress, and I have many family members and friends who have purchased from City Mattress. The beds are best, but the customer service is second to none. Before you buy anywhere else, do yourself a favor and visit the City Mattress showroom in North Richland HIlls.
