Could have been better

Apparently no one knew what was needed for my new bed! I downsized from a king to a queen and had it scheduled for delivery. When it arrived, there was no base to set the mattress/box spring on! Turns out with the new system of support a “box spring”, is not even needed! I would think sales would be aware of set ups and would have asked me the right questions. Now I have a lovely “box spring” that will be decorating my wall. I don’t have the means to drive it back and it won’t be picked up by the store. Not only that, but I had to purchase a support platform independent of this transaction. I guess it’s a new process….!

Exceptional customer experience

I visited City Mattress Factory on a lazy Sunday afternoon and was the lone customer. I got the undivided attention of the longtime employee and the absolute best service I could have ever expected. He didn't oversell me nor undersell me, but worked right within my small budget. He explained the construction of mattresses and their life span. I am so pleased.
