Worst purchase decision I’ve made

We purchased a floor model after the raving of how great this bed was and how great the app was and the great customer service city mattress had. So far this bed was very pricy and very uncomfortable but because we purchased the floor model we cannot change our mind. I am so disappointed in how hard it has been just to get the bed information to get the app that freezes all the time and the remotes that don’t work half of the time and a frame that seems to be lopsided. Trying to get help has been a joke more than a month later. The app for this bed isn’t accurate and seems to just make up information and changes. I would rather have my very old bed than this mattress. Just an overall disappointment. We also purchased pillows that said we could return and brought back one that wasn’t even opened and wouldn’t let us get a refund. For the price I paid I have big regrets for the auto pilot bed and for the customer service and help we were promised. I wish more than anything I could get a good nights sleep and this bed will always be a big regret.
